This innovative insole features an internal air chamber that extends underneath and occupies the area under the heel to under the arch of the foot.

When you walk the foot presses on the heel, air flows from the heel to the arch thus enhancing arch support and absorbing shock. Then when the foot is pushed forward while walking, then the air flows towards the heel. The whole function of the sole is to ensure maximum comfort and the geometry of the foot while walking or exercising.
